Today Wendy lives and works in central Ohio and is your liaison for properties on the Gulf Coast of Florida. She has spent nearly a decade as a Realtor in Sarasota and Bradenton and continues to work together with a team of professionals in the area.

Granada Park is west of the trail (SR 41) in downtown Sarasota, FL. Wendy was the Real Estate Broker and the model home designer, hired by Maddox Design/Build. This project was the first to be awarded a “Green” Development in 2008.

As the Longaberger Company’s on-staff designer, Wendy worked on the interiors of the Longaberger Golf Course, Homestead, Big Basket (featured on the cover of People magazine), and the Dresden Shops. She also worked on the private Longaberger family homes in Toboso, New Albany, and Lakeside, Ohio
